Amandine has always been involved in Sport : having practiced to National Level (Athletics). Whilst competing herself, she also trained others from beginners to advanced level.

After achieving her Sports Science Degree in France, Amandine moved to Australia to learn English and develop her skills. She then moved to Manchester to study fitness and successfully completed a Fitness Instructor Diploma, before gaining her Personal Trainer Diploma, Level 3 qualification.

Amandine's unique combination of theory study and practical experience makes her style of personal training fresh and creative, with a completely bespoke solution for each client individually.

Her passion to coach people of all ages, levels and abilities is a rare skill, which enables her clients to set and achieve even the most ambitious goals efficiently but safely.
